What has its fusion point at -17°C ?

OpenStudy (dean.shyy):

Fusion point is the same as melting point, and a melting point involves the heat of fusion.

Yeah, I know, but my question wasn't really clear. I'm looking for the name of something that changes into ice at -17°C, not before (and, logically, that melts around this temperature also). This may be 17°C or 18°C, I don't know, and this may be a mix of two things (is alcohol+water able to have such a fusion point ?)
