For the same value of t as in exercise 7, what are the coordinates of P(π – t)? Value of t is (2 π /3) a. (3/5, 4/5) b. (-4/5, 3/5) c. (-4/5, -3/5) d. (4/5, -3/5)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Exercise 7 says "If P(t) has coordinates (4/5, 3/5), find the coordinates of P(t + π)."

OpenStudy (phi):

do they say what P(t) is ? e.g. a graph or an equation ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They don't say.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

dont get it

OpenStudy (phi):

Do the previous questions ask about P(t) ? what is the first time they mention P(t) and what do they say about it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There are no previous ones. This has to do with Sinusoids and the Other Trig Functions, if that helps

OpenStudy (phi):

OK, I am guessing that P(t) is on a circle: |dw:1364514604734:dw|
