How odd, I was just about to doodle the interpretation of of A'  
:)

If A ∪ B is essentially A or B
and A ∩ B is essentially A and B

Then 
A' is essentially "not A"
Meaning, all elements which are NOT in A.

That said, what now is S' ?  ^.^
