AND THATS IT NOTHING ELSE
The most help i can give u without doing yr homework for is you need to break down the question part by part and then just turn it into a paragraph/summary
first paragraph is "How did thetheft influence peoples awareness of the Mona Lisa?
i cant seem to find that
you COULD say to show how special the painting was, because in the text it say...... then u should finish it off
where does it say thatr
it dosent u have to find something that goes along the line of that
my second paprgraph should be about" Why did people take such an interest in the event?" and what are the reason
well thats for u to figure out but could get u started u could say People took intrest in this event because they wanted to admire the work of da vinchi
do you sort of get this
?
alittle
what do you need help with?
wrting this esssay
ohh whats the essay about?
i have to read a stroy and wite

tii many typos
Okay. I'm reading this, and what I'm sensing is that you're a little confused about what you're supposed to be doing. I'd be glad to read your intro and get you started. I think you might be having the same problem you had with the ice-cream question, which is perfectly fine. I am here to help. :) P.S. Definitely not going to make fun of your handwriting. I've seen it ALL trust me. Your handwriting is nowhere near as bad as some of my friends'.... *shudder* :)
okay gotta go help bnkilinc
@Tahmina at least your handwriting is comparable to a font. I knew a guy whose writing was just.... unreadable. You have nice handwriting :)
thanks!
okay i broke it down to help me and you
NEVERMIND!
Huh? ^^ You changed your mind? Well, I like how to the point your intro was, but one tip I have for you is that you should never. Ever. Ever. Insert the question/prompt in your essays. Why? Because a long time ago, it used to be cool to do that. The smart kids did that. The teachers praised them. They got awards, candy, the whole enchilada. But THEN... everybody started doing it, and now inserting the question in essays is part of our academic DNA. :) And teachers HATE it. It makes every essay start off the same way. And your teacher will most likely mark it down. So be careful of that. Don't copy bits of the prompt word for word. Try to change it up a bit. Like where the question says "radically changed" you could say "dramatically altered" or something like that. Does this make sense?
yeah but my teacher isnt gradind it and he doesnt care really isk
sorry he is my bad
Well in that case, forget everything I just said... unless the teacher will be grading it. :) However, you may want to practice it sometimes, just to get a feel for this. Tahmina, are you experiencing lag?
whats lag?
When your computer moves reeeeeaaaaaaallllllyyyyyyy slow. :)
And you can't do much of anything because it's sooooooooooooooooooooo slow.
Hmm... I think you may be experiencing some right now!
no not much i was helping my mom out in the kitchen and putting my brace
OH, I see. :) SO do you need my help still? :)
yes
my teachers gonna grade it
so please help :)
Okay. So let's see. Do you still have your story up? I want you to look at some key words that will tie this together. :)
yeah it still there
STORY:>> http://181elaresources.weebly.com/uploads/1/0/8/5/10852153/7thelaspring2013b.pdf QUESTION>>> http://assets.openstudy.com/updates/attachments/5155a9d3e4b07077e0bff72e-tahmina-1364570970638-scan031.pdf
Okay, I'm typing something up for you in a notepad. So if you see that I'm not typing anymore, it's not because I deserted you. okay?
okay thanks for telling me appreciated it ;)
You're welcome. (still in NotePad) :)
still in Notepad....
are u riting my essay?
Ha ha, no. Just some stuff that should really help you write it on your own. :)
okay
Ugh! Hate lag! OKay: Questions: 1.) describe how the theft influenced people's awareness of the mona lisa 2.) explain why the people took such an interest in the event 3.) discuss the reasons for their interest 4.) explain whether their interest was mainly in the crime or the actual painting. USE DETAILS FROM THE PASSAGE IN YOUR RESPONSE. Okay, so I'm going to put some details in here that should help you out. This should get your ideas flowing! 1.) describe how the theft influenced people's awareness of the mona lisa *(Paragraph one) "What did it take to laucnh the Mona Lisa into.. worldwide fame? It had to be stolen... from the world's most famous museum, the Louvre in Paris." When the painting got stolen, people heard about it. Why? Because it was stolen from the most FAMOUS museum in the world! 2.) explain why the people took such an interest in the event (Summary of Paragraph 4) The museum was locked with visitors indoors! the painting had been stolen... right out of a gaurded museum! how did this happen? Once those visitors were released, you have to imagine that word got out super fast. 3.) discuss the reasons for their interest PARAGRAPH 5: "When the museum announced the theft, it was an international media sensation.... When the museum reopened, thousands of people poured into the gallery - to see the empty wall!" Tahmina, people just could not believe that a painting had been stolen out of the Louvre like that. This was the art world equivalent of breaking into the White House! 4.) explain whether their interest was mainly in the crime or the actual painting. I think it's safe to say people were more wowed by the crime than the painting itself. Why else would they rush in to see an empty wall? :)
1.) describe how the theft influenced people's awareness of the mona lisa *(Paragraph one) "What did it take to launch the Mona Lisa into.. worldwide fame? It had to be stolen... from the world's most famous museum, the Louvre in Paris." It was stolen right off the wall from the museum. Then it had to disappear without trace, for years . It was considred to be the graetest art theft in history.
makes sense Idk what 2 do im having writers block!
help?
That does make sense. But you're copying exactly what the paragraph said! You need to put it in your own words. :)
okay thanks
You're welcome. Remember what I said earlier. "Change it up a bit. Like where the question says "radically changed" you could say "dramatically altered" or something like that."
