That depends on what you're reading it for. If you're just reading it for entertainment, once is fine, or as many times as you want. If you're looking at it from an analytical perspective, like if you're going to do a school assignment about it or try to figure out more of the specific elements of the poem, you should read it 2-3 times and come back to it whenever you want to look at one part of it more closely.
