Well then, compare the two. They both have 4 sides but a square has 4 right angles and a kite doesn't. In a square the diagonals are congruent. Not so in a kite. I don't know...it a gobblety gook question as far as I am concerned.

well both are quadrilaterals, but they don't have much else in common except for the fact that

a) they both have 4 sides

b) their diagonals are perpendicular
