Neurotransmitters are like _____. airplanes ferry boats balloons slides

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ferry boats.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you sure sir?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It says it's wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Pretty sure @Dharmaputra_993 is right.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Technically, it should be ferry boats, since neurons are like rally points that move nerve impulses from point A to B, then from B to C and so on. But if it's wrong, then I have no idea.

Take a look at the structure of a neuron @ http://is.gd/xe4ZxS If you notice, it is quite similar to a slide. The impulses and/or responses slide on the axon to other locations. It would be best if you look at the neuron structure, and read about how it transmits stimulus information.
