please help? Graph the system of inequalities and list each corner point. x+13y >= 14 29x+y>=30 y>=0 x>=0 i got the corner points to be (1,1),(14,0),(30/29,0) or (1,1),(0,0),(1.034,0),(0,1.1) but both were wrong?

|dw:1364651688037:dw| draw the other line on this graph

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do you draw a line when you have the equation? 1) find out two points (easy to set x=0 and find 'y' and then set y=0 and find 'x')

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2) connect the two points and extend it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya i got (0,30) and (30/29,0) ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i dont know where those points are on the graph you made?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

good. put the points on the graph and connect them. when you take your mouse over the "pencil" button oin the diagram, click on it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i did that but how do i know where (0,30) is on that graph?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

approximate it. it must be beyond the (14,0) point

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the black line? would that be abouts where it is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

great. but since we are simply approximating, we can have it like this:|dw:1364668628041:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now, from inequality we are looking (1) "above" x+13y=14 (2) "above" 29x+y=30 (3) "above" X-axis (equation of X-axis is y=0) (4) "Right of" Y-axis (equation of y-axis is x=0)
