what is the average torque of a rotor with I=50A,r=6cm,L=12cm,B=0.1T??? plzz reply fast frnds...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

answer is 46mN...how??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is 46mN true??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Newton is force unit... what is correct answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes its true...t=2iblrcos(theta) for max torque we use t=2iblr(cos(theta)=1) wat shall we use for calculating avg torque??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

soorry sorry its 46mN m

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its not a question from mechanics...its a question from electromagnetics

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wat are the limits of integration

OpenStudy (anonymous):

did u get 46mN m??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in book the formula given was average torque=2IABN/pi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got the ans.. average torque is limit 0 to T/2 of integaration (MBsinwt dt) /(T/2)....... where M=NIBA the limit is 0 to T/2 as in 0 to T the total area is zero
