9-5 = 4
and etc.

Find the difference in the numbers...
3 to 5 is 2
5 to 9 is 4
9 to 15 = 6
15 to 23 = 8
As you can see, the pattern is 2,4,6,8...etc.
Now that you know the pattern, can you find the next number ?
