I am not at all good at graphing instead I can tell you how to find it slope and intercept..

Compare the two equation and look for colored part:

\[y = \color{red}{m}x + \color{green}{b}\]
\[y = \color{red}{-\frac{1}{4}x} + \color{green}{8}\]
