assuming you want to solve for x, it simplifies to 2tanx =-2 , which equals tan x = -1.
Subtract 2 from both the sides first..
Oh sorry forgot to wish you: \[\huge \color{green}{\textbf{Welcome To Openstudy...}}\]
tanx= -1 isn't that -45?
Any doubt?
tan(-45) = -tan(45) = -1
how about in the interval 0 less than or equal to x which is less than or equal to 360
For that you have to go with general solutions..
