g = 1.62 m/s ^{2} on the moon surface. \[\Delta x = v _{0}t + 1/2 g t ^{2}\] As the feather is dropped v0t = 0. Therefore \[\Delta x = 1/2 g t ^{2}\] Are you able to work this out now?
