You can download them from the their website at the following address: http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-01sc-introduction-to-electrical-engineering-and-computer-science-i-spring-2011/software-and-tools At point (3) you will find instruction to install the libraries.
