Which of the following will an adolescent do once he develops social consciousness? A. Look beyond herself and become aware of the needs of others and helping them attain their goals B. Move out on her own and begin to make a life for herself that reflects what she learned from her family C. Recognize that others have needs and take that into consideration when she sets her long-term goals D. Understand that there is more to life than what she currently has and work hard to achieve more
Well its not B
Pretty sure it's A, though it could be C. The main idea being, in adolescence children typically begin to move away from the focus on "self" and into seeing themselves as part of a larger social world. That results in them being more sensitive to what is going on around them, and basically realizing that they aren't the center of the universe.
