Which statement is true? A. All squares are rectangles. B. All quadrilaterals are rectangles. C. All parallelograms are rectangles. D. All rectangles are squares.
A
do you know anything about a venn diagram
The simple ones.
Which Venn diagram is NOT correct?
i think it can B
The one that says all rectangles are squares is not correct.
Yes. B
It's both @Mertsj
All squares are definitely rectangles
@hedyeh99 So if all squares are rectangles how could that one be incorrect???????
It is a rule, all squares are rectangles, however, all rectangles are not squares
so b is the correct one
Squares are special rectangles, your answer has to be a
a?
@LilySwan We are getting along fine if you can ignore the other commenters.
All quadrilaterals do not have to be rectangles, example, parallelogram
For the trapezoid, add the two bases and divide by 2
ok
@Mertsj I am just trying to help @LilySwan, here is a link http://mathforum.org/library/drmath/view/65096.html
Just please take a glimpse at it
iam getting 124 as an answer its not one of the option
@hedyeh99 The Venn diagram question was Which one is NOT correct. The incorrect one is the one that shows rectangles as a subset of squares. It is difficult enough to try to help someone without someone interjecting answers to questions that WERE NOT asked.
I just looked at the question which said which one is true, so you cannot blame me
104+72=176. 176 divided by 2 = 88
yea i got it its C
@hedyeh99 No. Of course I don't blame you. It couldn't possibly be your fault.
angle S = angle U and all 4 angles add up to 360
arguing again
We are not arguing
Continue answering the problem
I am turning you over to @hedyeh99 . Good luck
Will you please repost your problem?@LilySwan
should i make a new post and invite you ?
