MIT 6.002 Circuits and Electronics, Spring 2007 9 Online

I have this circuit right here: http://imgur.com/pHHleLs . I have managed to solve it using Nodal Analysis (Answer v0 = 27.27v) but am not able to do it using Mesh Analysis. Could someone explain to me how to do it using Mesh?
