The particles that make up an atom are ____. (1 point) electrons, protons, and nuclei elements, protons, and electrons protons, neutrons, and nuclei protons, neutrons, and electrons

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i will say its protons, neutrons, and nuclei

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or it could be protons, neutrons, and electrons

OpenStudy (anonymous):

protons, neutrons, and electrons

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nuclie consist of proton and neutron

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's what i would say it could be

OpenStudy (anonymous):

woh woh woh wait... an atom consists of central nucleus that contains neutrons (contains no charge) and protons (positively charged)... these two are the deciders of the nature of an atom... the electrons (negatively charged) revolves around this nucleus, which is responsible for neutralization of the positively charged nucleus and for forming bonds with other molecules...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):

funny how you could transmute an atom to another by just adding protons to it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i am going for protons, neutrons, and electrons

OpenStudy (anonymous):

could you guys help me with one more ? thanks
