Which letter in the Spanish alphabet is used only to pronounce words from another language?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

W and, I am not sure, but maybe also K

OpenStudy (anonymous):

W

It's both W and K. They're used to pronounce words like..."kilómetro" (kilometer) and "Washington." Those words aren't actually from the spanish language. They're formed from other languages.
