Improper integral of log(x)/(1+x^2) on the interval (0,infinity)

Can you find the anti-derivative first of all?

I couldnt figure out the antiderivative. Ive looked it up on wolfram and its something crazy but the definite integral is equal to 0. I am studying for an integration bee and found this problem on mit integration bee website that said it was from last years tournament so I thought it had to be solvable. I figured there would be some trick that you could see something that would give away the answer.
