Is it true that, to find acceleration, you must subtract the final velocity from the initial velocity and divide by the time? Also, when you run around a track at 5 km/h, is your velocity accelerating?

I am not sure about the first one; I thought it was speed instead of velocity, but I am not sure.

Never mind, the first one is false and the second one is true. I've figured it out.
