I think that would be A. Triangle ABE and Triangle BEC

I think it's D: ACB and ECD. The lines AE and BD intersect eachother, so the angles ACB and ECD are equal. Both triangles share two equal sides that enclose the angle. So the side-angle-side rule says that they are congruent. I think this is right, but I haven't done this sort of stuff in a while so I can't be 100% sure... :)
