So you need to find 1/3 of 5/8. 15/24 is the same amount as 5/8, but not simplified. 1/3 of 15 is 5, so the answer would be 5/24.

\[\huge \frac13 \times \frac58\]And it's just multiplying fractions... (which I actually find easier than adding or subtracting them)

You just multiply the numerators and the denominators ^.^
