this is a friend and im not a genius but in part a it doesnt say how much only in part c and the info could have changed so wouldnt u need to add 5% TO 16 AND THEN WRITE YOUR ANSWER WITH A VARIABLE AND THEN ADD THAT WITH $18 AND 7% AND WRITE THAT WITH A VARIABLE AND THATS HOW U GET THE EXPRESSION?
