what is the relation between physical, geographical escape and mental escape

Physical escape would be moving yourself out of harms way, on a small scale. Like, if someone is coming at you with a bicycle, you move out of the way. Geographical Escape is getting out of a bad area. For whatever reason, it's bad, and you move from the Ghetto of New York, to a quiet, peaceful suburb of, I don't know.. Middle of Nowhere, Texas. Mental Escape is the trickiest. When you're in a bad situation, or a high stress situation, you pretend that you're somewhere else, someone else, or both. You aren't, but it can help your mind cope, or handle the situation easier. It's all dependent on the situation. Not a Doctor, but that's what I think.
