To get the area of the sector of the circle, use a proportion. The degree measure(25) of the sector is to the entire circle (360) as A, the area of the sector, is to the area of the circle, pi*r^2. r = 12.5/2.

25/360 = A /π*(6.25)² Cross multiply and solve for A, the area of the sector. @hedyeh99
