Can someone help me to solve this system of eq: \[3^{x}+x ^{y}=28\] \[x-y=3\]
can you help me, @hartnn
which topic does it belong ? can you verify the Q again ? because it doesn't seem to be easy on first trial...
well, there is no specific topic. I am preparing for my school leaving math exam, and I found it one training book. The question is : solve the system of equation (I dont know how to make an eq sign here/;)
does it say anything like x and y have to be integer or something ?
nope:/
well, i am sorry i am not able to solve that analytically but i have tried guessing some values of x and y and found out that x=3, y=0 satisfies both the equation. i don't think there is any other integer solution, don't know about any other real solution.
oh, okay:) Thanks you anyway!
