not sure. i don't know much about lung cancer. but i know with some cancer you can lose your hair. and with lung cancer. would it be harder to breathe?

Common signs and symptoms of lung cancer include:
A cough that doesn't go away and gets worse over time
Constant chest pain
Coughing up blood
Shortness of breath, wheezing, or hoarseness
Repeated problems with pneumonia or bronchitis
Swelling of the neck and face
Loss of appetite or weight loss
Fatigue

When lung cancer spreads to distant organs, it may cause the following symptoms of lung cancer:
Bone pain
Weakness or numbness of the arms or legs
Dizziness
Yellow coloring of the skin and eyes (jaundice)

and I believe you can treat lung cancer with (X-ray) radiation
