ok,in every row, you have an x value and the y value that goes with it.  So, the function you're graphing will go through all of these points. 
So, if you look at the x-y plane|dw:1365019495488:dw|
each row gives the x and y value of one point.
if you mark all these points on the graph you can join them up to see what the function looks like
