I NEED HELP NOW PLEASE find the equation of the hyperbola that passes through the point (1,sqrt3) and its asymptotes are y=2x and y=-2x

im sure there are many ways that can me constructed, so either you have a set of options to compare with, or you just have to create one ....
we can assume from the asymps that the center is at the origin to narrow it down a little
when x=1, the asymps values are 2 and -2 .... and the hyper is sqrt3 which is less than 2 and greater than -2
