Which one of the following statements about attitudes is correct? A. Attitudes can't be learned from other people. B. Negative attitudes can't be changed. C. There's one fundamental way of acquiring attitudes. D. Positive attitudes can help us learn quicker.
D?
None of these answers are fundamentally correct. D would be the best choice but it is not neccesarally a true statement. Positive attitudes can actually stop you from aquiering certain knowledge that you may come across.
A. This is not correct because attitudes can be learned from other people. An example could be a young child learning how to act by their older brother/sister's actions. B. Negative attitudes could always be changed, so this one is incorrect too. C. There are many ways to acquiring an attitude, so no to this one too. D. As @ImaMonsterCX said, positive attitudes can actually prevent you from inquiring certain knowledge but it is true that it can also help you want to learn new things too. Having a positive outlook on school would help you learn things better then if you were to have a negative outlook. You would be more positive about your work and would be open to new learning opportunities. So I would go with D.
