the original problem doesn't tell you about the source and the target sets? I mean R^2 ---> R^3 or R^3 --->R^3. I know the target one must be R^3 since your T function has 3 elements. but I am not sure about the source.
it's important because we must find out the matrix, 2--->3 totally different from 3--->3
