I have 3 Q's: 1. Why must every equilateral triangle also be an acute triangle? 2. Why can't a triangle have more than one right angle? 3. Why can't a triangle have more than one obtuse angle?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

remember:sum of the angles of a triangle=180 1. because an equi. has 3 equal angles so each must be 60 2. if a triangle had more than 2 right angles there sum would be 180 which leaves nothing for the 3rd angle 3 2 obtuse angles have a sum more than 180 so nothing left for the 3rd angle
