So, their answer is \[3.5600*10^{-3}\]which has 3 significant figures, and they made it look like there are 5 significant figures. But in reality, you can just exclude the 0's 'cause it doesn't count.
Yes, you can but if you know anything about Math, you would know that you don't need the zero's. It doesn't matter if you put them down anyway, if anything, it's better if you include all of the answers. I did that equation without WolframAlpha,and I included the numbers just to give all of the answers details.
