The other answers don't make much sense. Barbarossa was launched almost a year after he finished off France in 1940. The Battle of the Bulge took place late in the war in December 1944 - January 1945. And by the time he launched Barbarossa, Western Europe was literally all his.

I'd go with (D) the Normandy invasion of Europe.

The reason the other answers don't make much sense is that the Dunkirk rescue was a humiliation for England. Victory at Midway was a decisive battle -- for the Pacific. And British victory in the Battle of Britain postponed Hitler's plans for invasion as he turned his attention to Russia. But the Normandy invasion fulfilled Allied promises for a second front to Stalin (the Soviet leader) and its success forced Hitler into a war on two fronts. If Normandy failed, the war could have dragged on much longer.
