If you trying to lose or maintain a healthy weight, eating every other day is bad for you. When you are hungry you body goes into starvation mode and starts burning your muscle in stead of your fat. You need a substantial amount of foods including carbs and protien in your daily diet. If you are just not hungry everyday, increase you fruit and veggie intake plus some protiens (ie meat: chicken) to make up for your loss of a regular diet.

it's called fasting and if you're eating healthy, fasting can be a great thing. You have to make sure you're eating a variety of healthy foods when you do eat, however. Do what this girl does, and you'll be fine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sibe0B_JM1w
