1.) Yes they would have to read him his Miranda rights if he was under arrest. If he wasnt they no, but if they suspected him for murder he would be arrested or taken in for questioning, or detained.
2.) Police station, its illegal to question him without his parents, but most police dont really care they'll do it without him.
3.) You have a right to a "speedy trial" so if he was arrested his court date would be given in a week or 2 but court wouldn't be until another few weeks.
4.) He would be in a jail cell, at the police station. House arrest is given by a judge not a cop.
5.) A few weeks or a month.

He would be taken to the police station and HE would have to call his PArents or who else. During Pre-trail he is aloud to make bail. *spell-check* and he is free untill his next court date.

No, He will get a court date for Pre-trail, which is him decind if hes pleading guilty or non guilty and they will give him his next court date. He wont get his first date untill a few weeks and after hsi pre trial he gets another Date which is antohr 2 or 3 weeks. He wont be under house arrest untill the he is found guilty or non guilty

Wrong. If he pleads guilty he will still go to court for how long his sentence would be. *spell check on sentence*. He would either get house arrest *for a long time btw* or juvy/ jail/prison.

Your fine. Ask as many as you want :P. A few things could happen when hes getting questioned. But i wouldn't recommend him to say hes guilty,becuase if he says hes guilty right away, he would go to jail. His lawyer would try to make a deal with him for house arrest *which he still would go to court for* or jail/prison.

Well if he does that..No he wouldn't go straight to juvy. He would be detained until his Court date. And during that he would plea guilty. and he could post bail still and he would be free untill the next date.
