@susan3 i dont NEED the explination but you can tell me if you want.
ok. first you multiply 5 to 3/10x and den the 10 cancels out with the five and you get the denominator as two. further you multiply the 5 to 19 and obtain 95. i hope this isnt confusing.. :P
