Ours is really neat because it has both a custom-made option, as well as an online generator. The custom-made is where the designers come in, when the online generator (that I programmed) can't comply to the requester's specific needs.

honestly the designs by @Amber♥theworld are awful.
It looks like she doesn't even use Photoshop or GIMP.

It looks like she just pasted some things horrible on Paint.

Not everyone here is a photo editor pro like you or is a techy person that has all the skills, I let her work with me because it is FOR FUN! It does not matter how it looks! So please do not come here and bash anyone's work. It is not needed what so ever. You and Snuggie have SERIOUSLYYYYY taken this owl thing to far and have made it into such a horrible competitive thing. IT WAS FOR FUN!!! You guys keep saying oh we are doing it for fun, but than you say the word compete like 50 times. AGAIN I AM DOING THIS FOR FUN!!!! Stop with the harsh comments and competitiveness! ok everyone, i think there have been a lot of good points made, but also a lot of unnecessary negativity. i've talked to some of you privately. YES, this is for FUN. and NO, you should NOT cut each other's work down.

this owl thing has gotten overheated over the past couple of days. tempers have flared. people's feelings have been hurt. not everyone has been at their best. let's start right now in the spirit of cooperation, friendliness, and teamwork to move forward in a positive way! it is not a competition, it's just a cool thing that a bunch of you are doing for users. and users like it! but they don't like it when all this fighting is going on. it's not what we're about at OS - and you guys and the good work you're doing should be celebrated and not have it turn into something ugly.

we all appreciate it the owls!! they're terrific. and all of you who are working on them are making people happy! i think everyone has some part in the negativity - but i hope everyone can let go and move on. it's not good for all this stuff to be publicly aired. so if everyone can calm down and show goodwill to your fellow owl-makers that would be great. a lot of what was said was probably not meant (just in the heat of the moment stuff) so try not to hold a grudge. remember you all started as friends. i think if everyone makes an effort, we could go back to that.

no more blame or pointing fingers. . . let's turn it around.
