You should study the textbook if you're having this much trouble. You need to grasp the basic concepts and that's not going to happen via this website.

Then you should google some math tutorials. Identify what you have the most problems with and read basic tutorials about them. Wikipedia is also an excellent resource for mathematics. This is basic Cartesian geometry and you can't learn that through text.

Yes, but this is graph work. You can plot points at wolframalpha.com, you can print some graph paper to plot points on, or you could get a whiteboard to doodle on. You need graphics for this.
