Confused as to what this question is asking - "b. Compute the percentage of on-time flights for the two airlines over all five cities."

Am I meant to be figuring the amount of arrivals for each city, and then finding the overall percent of the total arrivals?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Or is it asking me to simply find 88.9 percent of 559 arrivals, etc, for each city?

they are asking = (number of on-time flights for city 1+ 2) * 100 / (total number of flights 1+2)
