Juno tried to make the marriage happen between Aeneas and Dido, but thanks to Jupiter, they finally didn't marry. After, Dido killed herself : some versions say that she commited suicide on a pyre, some others that she stabbed herself with Aeneas' sword.
I don't know if we can say that Jupiter forces Dido to kill herself.

For the trips of Anchises and Aeneas, I have no clue. Maybe you should ask Google, or somebody that knows myths better than me.
