Of course, different items have different weight percentages, but generally speaking, if every assignment had the same weight, a D would be 70% - 75% (at least, for where I am), so you could find 70% of 1703, being 1703 * 0.7, which is 1192.1.

1192.1/1703 would be 70%. You'd probably want to aim for closer to 95% though...
