Which photo-editing program has the best pre-made textures, or the best at manipulating them ? Gimp, or Photoshop ? and which is best at it, also considering price as a factor ?

well, photoshop provides more flexibility in framing than gimp,...n ofcourse, i suggest photoshop.....lol

I hate the Photoshop textures. Have to make them on my own.

really ? so it doesn't have any texture built-in ? From what I've done with Gimp I've seen many built-in textures...
