Which of these equations defines a plane that passes through the points (1, 0, 0), (0, -9, 0), and (0, 0, 6)? A.-3x + 27y – 18z = -3 B.-56x – 28y + 18z = 56 C.x – 3y + 2z = 1 D.-18x + 2y – 3z = -18

The answer is D -18x+2y-3z=-18 You have to plug in each coordinate into each equation. For example for the coordinate (1,0,0) it would be -18(1)+2(0)-3(0) and you would get -18. But you have to do it to all the coordinates in order for the equation to be true.
