F is the floor area. Cf is the cost of tiling the floor.

Then \(W=2\cdot2h\cdot h+2 \cdot 1.5h \cdot h=4h^2+3h^2=7h^2\).
Also, \(F=1.5h\cdot 2h=3h^2\).

Now, \(C_w=1.60W=1.60\cdot 7h^2=179.20\), so \(h^2=\dfrac{179.20}{1.60\cdot 7}=16\).
