you could just make the current VIII white space then add a X

But I don't have any of those editing programs. Could you help me doing it? It needs to look like the original one since it is for the congress of Colombia.

Well it is the logo for an invitation card to SACMUN X for the congress. The logo I have was the one we used two years ago, but the guy who did it originally is to busy to change it for me so he told me to change it my self. He said it was going to be eaasy, but I am just soooooo bad with computers :(
