Can somebody help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is not about Math, though.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You will help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes...?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok. So I just got home from a school trip. I had many problems with my roommates and I learned that one of them took my headphones. (It has taken me forever to find good ones.) I was planning on confronting him but some people are telling me that I should just steal his and then sell them and buy new headphones. Should I steal them and then buy new ones or is there something better I should do?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there is definetly something better you could do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

knock him out and get them back

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol no jk jk

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you could try taking them back get someone to distract the person and take them

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or like i said you could beat the MF down

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The things is that I am not 100% sure that he would bring them to school. Do you want to know what I thought I should do?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok. I thought that I should take his headphones and blackmail him saying that if he does not give me my headphones back I will not give him his headphones back. My headphones are those iPhone 5 earbuds and his are some big headphones that are similar to beats but cheaper.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay that actually sounds like a good idea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For real? It is just that I am afraid I might get in trouble because it is a felony to steal something over $100 and I am not sure that it is under $100.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay not to be nosey but how old are you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

14 years old. I am a freshmen.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ow wow cool im 14 to lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why would he steal your head phones if he has some thats stupid dont you think?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I do not know. He also stole my room key and locked me out of my room for hours. He was in the room. I have never done anything to affend or bother him.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

offend

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how can he lock you in though arent there teachers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There was one advisor but he like did not hang out with us. He let us explore alone. Plus there was like 40 of us.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait you sleep at the school?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No. It was a school trip.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would tell a teacher, because if you try taking them back or anything like that, he can say you were at fault.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay then do you have any witnesses

OpenStudy (anonymous):

erdog82: If I told a teacher I am sure they would say that it is a little too late. Jasmine2012: Just the other roommates and they are all against me. They are under his control.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you sure he took them? Maybe you should call where you stayed and ask if they found them..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

erdog82: The thing is that he had taken my key and one of the other 3 roommates told me he thought he saw him take them.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok lets see..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just tell me what I should do.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

honestly just do what you think is best

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Gee thanks.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think you should just tell you parents about it and let them handle it.
