I get that... to narrow it down a bit, out of these? Temperature, pressure, concentration of contents, and a catalyst

The thing is there are so many changes in nature that you cannot determine which one. If there is a particular reaction, you may be able to say. but to say in general is very hard. No one really knows for sure which one if most important.
