What is the relationship between gravity and pressure in a nebula? A.) Gravity reduces pressure. B.) Pressure balances gravity. C.) Pressure increases gravity. D.) None of the above.

OpenStudy (chmvijay):

wt do u think

OpenStudy (chmvijay):

i think they are not related to each other ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

gravity and pressure are related. Within a nebula, gravity is the force pushing inwards, and pressure is pushing outwards. If the force gravity is greater than the pressure, than the nebula collapses and becomes a star. So in a stable nebula, as mentioned above, gravity and pressure are in balance

OpenStudy (chmvijay):

ok according to u which option is right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The correct answer is B, for sure, as I said in the last sentence of my previous comment, lol
